02 Mar 2012 Peter, thank you I have been cetahing a bit. The Friedman FX story actually is the English translation of one of the chapters in my book on Friedman you should be able to read it as it is in Danish.And yes, I agree the insane decision to keep on fighting to hold the peg 1992 did great damage to the Swedish economy. Sweden ended up devaluing anyway. This time around the floating Swedish koruna has been of great benefit to the Swedish economy.
