About the conference
The International Foundation of Integrated Care (IFIC) in partnership with the Health Service Executive (HSE) presents the 17th International conference on Integrated Care “Building a platform for integrated care: delivering change that matters to people” to take place in Dublin, Ireland 08 to 10 May 2017. In association with 5th World Congress on Integrated Care (WCIC5).
The conference will bring together researchers, clinicians and managers from around the world who are engaged in the design and delivery of integrated health and social care. They will share experience and the latest evidence about integrating Public Health, Health and Social Care and the New roles and Possibilities for Hospitals, producing Positive and Curative Integrated Mental and Physical Care, mobilising key enablers like policy making and Mobile and Digital Health Solutions, and investment in an Integrated Care Workforce, clinical leadership and coproduction with individuals, careers, communities and populations.

Up to 1,000 global health invested practitioners, academics, researchers and students from around the world are expected to participate in the Conference in Dublin. There's still time to register to attend, but if you can’t fly to Dublin, do not worry: the Conference is being live streamed. In order to watch the live stream, one must register as a ‘community member’ of the International Foundation for Integrated Care before Friday, May 5th. To register as a community member is free, and can be done at this link.
Watch live from the 8-10 May 2017, and you can participate in an exciting range of plenary and conference sessions covering key issues in integrated care. Watch 62+ keynote presentations, and hear live interviews from the expert panel of speakers and delegates. You can take part in the discussions and ask questions to the speakers from your own home or from your institution as an individual or with a group of colleagues. All you need is a broadband connection.
